Aggressive vigilante at the entrance, speaks badly to people. Very unfriendly, casual, incompetent staff. Limit disrespect. This Narbonne Post office is not a public service. I waited at the counter for more than 10 minutes to send an envelope !!! Very bad reception ..... Other customers were also unhappy ... This is not the first time !!!! Hope you will fix it all !!! cordially.
The mailman of the day should not have the compass in the eye! He managed to put an A4 envelope in my small letterbox ... the mail is therefore all crumpled since it was a diploma it's a shame for him because my level of nervousness is at most high !! It's not complicated to ring
A post office with its ups and downs like everywhere, but the staff are at least friendly, which is not the case everywhere!
