What a wonderful place to stay. The reception ladies are top notch service masters. Apartments are clean and modern. WiFi is fast and abundant. The pools are a real treat aesthetically and swimmingly gorgeous. Highly recommend you stay here.
The location is great. The views although facing west...we're good from the 29th floor. Loves our stay..easy to check in after hours. Nice and modern. Own parking available. Communal areas, including BBQ, Swimming pool, and The Spa!!. Was hot ...in all ways,
Excellent service, amenities and location. Administration goes out of the way to look after their clients. The cleaning staff is excellent. The common areas are super clean. There was an issue with a lift which was resolved ASAP. The part for a lift was delivered from Sydney within 24 hours. I have spoken to a lift mechanic working on it. He told me that it looked like someone was jumping in the lift to cause a damage. I highly recommend Synergy Broadbeach!
Nice place with nice expos. And it’s close to shopping centres, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. And it has a beautiful nature around the building.
Love this place. The modern rooms are lovely and it's one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Thumbs up to housekeeping. What a great job you do. The resort is in a great location, close to Oasis shopping centre, Pacific Fair shopping centre and The Casino. The light rail is a short 5 min walk away too. I will definitely come back
We recently had the opportunity to stay at Boulevarde Towers . Terry and his 2 sons were the Perfect hosts .
Our unit was spotless . The location the best . The complex also has the best outdoor spa !

The room was great, had two split systems in the one bedroom apartment, and two balconies. It was rather spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was great, though we didn't use it as much as we thought we would. The bed spread would be my only complaint.. It felt like a rug and was very awkward.
The location was fine, we wanted something a bit out of the city when we were booking but found walking to the main strip a little tiring after a few days.. Mind you we did a ton of walking back and forth. The light rail stop was right out the front door which did make commuting up to surfers paradise and down to mermaid beach rather easy.
The permanent residents were also charming. The pool and bbq area offered a great place to stop and chat to some of the long term stay residents and made the whole environment just a little bit more fun than your run of the mill hotel.
Awesome location, brand new building with modern design. Great use of space in the apartments. Fantastic pool and spa area. Friendly and helpful operators. Highly recommended from me
