Excellent service, amenities and location. Administration goes out of the way to look after their clients. The cleaning staff is excellent. The common areas are super clean. There was an issue with a lift which was resolved ASAP. The part for a lift was delivered from Sydney within 24 hours. I have spoken to a lift mechanic working on it. He told me that it looked like someone was jumping in the lift to cause a damage. I highly recommend Synergy Broadbeach!
What a great place with great views.
I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was clean and close to broadbeach shops , pacific fair and Jupiters. Great view of the ocean. The pool did seem to be an after thought as far as the build went, however this was of no concern to myself and others seemed to be enjoying it. I will definitely stay again.
Half our holiday was spent waiting in the foyer for the lift. Only one lift was working our whole stay. According to the residents who live here this happens all the time. Pool and outdoor area closes at 9pm which is early during christmas holiday season. Appart from this the location is great and rooms are spacious.
We had a terrific ocean view. While we were there, there was a very destructive storm, horrendous wind and rain. We still managed to try the local eateries, and they were all better than great. The aftermath of the storms was the sea foam, which can be seen in the photos. The unit was great the lifts were great, onsite parking. Gym and Pool. Short walk to the beach, across from a Light Rail Station. Good security as well.
