I have been with Regus Gold Coast for more than 4 years and can't remember anything but good memories, kindness, support and encouragement. Regus staff were supporting me from day 1 when I started in Bundall until now that we are relocated in Surfers Paradise. I feel lucky that they are still with us. They always go above and beyond to make my day a pleasurable work experience. My clients always find them helpful and respectful. If you are looking for a cool service office in Gold Coast, I have searched everywhere! this is the best and most professional one with an amazing 360 degree view! Thank you Michelle, Olivia, Kelly and the rest of the team behind the scene.

Awesome working at Regus Surfers Paradise, we've been here over a year now! Staff are super-friendly and always professional. We're in the business lounge with a view of the ocean and we work amongst people that we've made friends with, and even done business with. Recommended!
An absolute rip off of a company. Regus has given us 9 days notice to relocate our business from the Bundall centre as well as all the other tenants causing an incredible loss at our end trying to relocate and find a new premises in 9 days. Charges are just out of proportions as well as constant incorrect invoices. Once you are in the lease and charges continues to increase. I regret very much to have put my trust in to this company for close to 3 years. I feel the whole approach is a total scam. There is no one to talk to in Australia, only a help desk located overseas which you can't rely on. On top of that huge retainers amount are held from the tenants. Constant threats about cutting your services and you business line if you don't pay AN INCORRECT invoice on time. Now they are requesting close to $1000 for restoration of the rooms once they ended my contract. It never ends...its a JOKE!!!!!
