In a prime location, easy to catch public transport, especially for those rainy/hail stone days. The opening hours are flexible for those overly keen workers/ night owls. Free hot beverages, fast wi-fi and spacious, modern breakout space. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, we plan on staying here for a while.
Toads Caravan is a great coworking space on the southside! The space is inviting with art, plants and big front windows, as well as a lovely community of other coworkers who are warm and welcoming. Excellent location on Pollokshaws Rd with lots of buses and near Queens Park train station. It's a short walk to Queens Park on nice days and lots of good food options nearby for lunch. Would recommend, especially if you work from home and are looking to get out of the house (it's good for you!)--it's a much better place to focus than a coffee shop!
Hired a meeting room here and would definitely recommend. Staff are super friendly, proactive and responsive, the facilities are modern, spacious and well equipped and the food was great! Will definitely come here again
We visit the venue regarding the world of film International Festival. The architecture of the building and the allocation are attractive and interesting. We enjoyed our time. In the premises you will find a cafeteria with good variety of food and beverages. I took some photos from the canopy and the main reception of the building because of the original features. Plenty of street parking spaces around the building.

Had a fab week at the Ninja Unicorn space - it's a great place for coworking, everyone is friendly and it's got lovely desk space and a kitchen with everything you need (read:coffee + tea!). Located in a really nice part of Glasgow, whether you're looking for a long or short term working spot, I would definitely recommend Ninja Unicorn! Thanks to Catriona for making our stay so easy x
Great place to work. You can start in the hot desk area then move up to fixed desk, then your own office. Great buzz about the place and loads of good people to meet. Can't wait to get back in after all this!
Wow I love it here, when you walk into this space it's certainly unusual and it's just got a calming affect on you whilst working with the addition of Michelle playing the piano in the background, fantastic!! I love working here on Sundays, I hope to see Michelle more often as she can play the piano beautifully and when you listen to her it's breathtaking such a delight . Thanks Michelle for making my day. Good luck with the renovation.
Attended here for training for work. Lovely environment within the building, bright and spacious. Facilities were excellent and Covid safety is obviously paramount. Whole place was absolutely spotless and cleaning teams were evident throughout the day. Highly recommended
