Lost our mail the entire time we had our service. Complained and got nothing but rudeness and incompetence from the staff. Members of our team went to pick up our mail and found non-personnel going through the mail and the door where the mail is kept open. We canceled our account after they refused to take responsibility claiming they did a wonderful job. This is after they informed us they were sending our mail to us and did not. After three weeks we contacted the office and asked where our mail was and the manager Rachel advised they did us a favor delivering it to us and we should be grateful. we have had contracts and customer check lost. Dont use this business. Reporting this horrible business to USPS for fraud and will likely file a civil suit for monies lost since they have violated our agreement and did not manage our mail the last 15 days of our agreement. We have no idea where our mail is ! insane!
Primary offers the best office spaces in NYC in all regards. The design is impeccable, the offices are spacious and set up in a way that allows you to walk and encounter beautiful work and lounge spaces, art, and greenery along the way; the team is by far the best asset - very friendly, responsive and down to earth; the events are well-thought of and a great combination of useful and fun. There is so much heart in every little detail in Primary that it's impossible not to love it.
Primary is an outstanding coworking facility. The design is beautiful; 26 Broadway is breathtaking; their ethic of health is thoughtful; the staff is friendly; and the price is reasonable. In a world of mega coworking facilities, Primary has the critical human touch, and I am sure that it will survive the pandemic, despite all of the struggles. They have a number of different plans and can probably find something to meet your needs.
I've been fortunate enough to be a part of the Primary community since its founding a few years back and I highly recommend it. It has become my working base whenever I am back in NYC and I've found being in a space of like minded folks helps get me into a much more creative and focused headspace.
