Very nice to stay and feel relaxed to our own works. Very cleanand excellent service. Have Gym room and car park free of charge. We didn't have any issue with the room co-working space. The staffs is well mannered and helpful. And also easy to find any transportation and very near to shopping outlets. A good experience overall
I spent several months working here, one of the best co-working spaces I encountered on my travels!
For just 300 RM a month you can use this space 24/7, so no matter your working hours, there are no restrictions. You also get an allowance to use the private meeting rooms, so much in fact that you'll probably never use it all.
Their website is very modern, so you can pay there with credit card or PayPal and conveniently book meeting rooms.
The staff is super friendly, kind, and very helpful.
They organize many events, whether it's just having lunch with your co-workers so you can get to know them more or bigger events where you will gain knowledge about a particular topic. I requested and hope in the future there will be movie screenings.
As a co-worker, you get free cookies and coffee. There is a basket with other snacks, ramen noodles, and pizza like bread for which you put money in a jar. Admittedly, it can be a great temptation to eat too much sugary stuff, but they also sell delicious oranges sometimes.
I spent about a week at MSOGO, and it is honestly the best coworking space I have ever been to. It's huge, and has a laid back and creative vibe which allows you get get work done.
The internet is fast and reliable, it is very reasonably priced, and has opening hours of 10am-10pm, which is a lot more convenient than others which close at 6pm. The staff are very helpful and friendly too.
If I'm ever back in Penang I'll be sure to return to MSOGO, and recommend it to everyone!!

I have a private room with two desks at this co-working space. Rent is reasonably priced considering the grade of their modern/new facility. Very happy so far. Interior design is mature and tasteful which I love as a designer. It’s located away from touristy areas of Penang, therefore filled with more serious local professionals. Managing team is very friendly! For private rooms: Three month minimum contract with two month deposit. If you sign up for 6 or 12 month, they give you discount.

Update after a full year: they did a lot of adjustments to the facility and aircond temperature is well controlled now, very comfortable. Window-side rooms seem to be still warmer. TIME fibre internet connection is fast enough. I imagine they have added line capacity as the number of members increased. Over all, I am a very happy customer.

Two and three-chair private rooms are always full. Make sure to put your name on a waiting list if you want to rent one. Bigger rooms and dedicated desks are available.
Settlements Penang is a co-working space located on 8th floor of the building with beautiful Georgetown city view. E3 hub enterpreneurship is also located in this place and has organized many free seminars and talks for public.
Ample parking spaces for public, office people and also for the people who stay at the hotel. The building is clean and is smack right in the middle of town with food aplenty at the ground floor or nearby eateries
Venture, a terrific co-work space! A range of plans, strong wifi and a bright modern setting w sweeping ocean views. Helpful & professional staff and an atmosphere where you can get work accomplished. Highly recommend.
