Very outdated rooms. The girl at the reception was more busy with her phone than with customers. Also the rooms have no isolation what so ever so it's very very noisy you can hear everything in the other rooms. Also there is no air-conditioning. It's a home made airblower with a radiator. The only good thing is the location. But that's about it.
I choose this hotel because it was written that parking from November was for free ( i was traveling with a car so parking was important for me).
When i Arrived they said i need to pay 15 euros just for 1 night parking. After another staff on reception told me that i have not, in the morning another personal took my 15 euros for parking . Unfortunately it was really bad customer service experience.
2 stars just for the clean and comfortable room and despite mentioned story staff was polite.
No air con and shower was faulty won't stay again
Comfortable rooms but no kettle for coffee. No view, but top floor view on city and harbour. Breakfast lovely.
Very very bad, they said me 50€ per night at first but at the end they took me 100 € per night
