A beautifully-restored older building with amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to the main station (about 5m from an entrance to the underground section of the shopping mall which surrounds Cornavin station). Comfortable beds, with a lake view from some of the higher rooms (including the one we had).
Yes a little dated but well maintained very clean, superb staff and great location. You can see it as you walk out of the station. Great bar next door and walking distance to most things. Would I stay again? Yes. In a heartbeat.
The hotel is conveniently located at the close vicinity of the train station Gare Cornavin in Geneva requiring only 5 mins or so time to walk to it. This station is also just 7 mins from the Geneva airport. The room is clean and well kept. Only gripe is the room has too few power sockets, only 3 usable and it includes unhooking the 1 used for the TV. Staff is friendly, often greets you and willing to help with service. Complimentary breakfast is modest, but do not expect a feast. Generally a hotel that is good for it's price in this area.
It's a nice enough hotel. Very near the Cornavin Station and several super marts.I was provided with a complimentary travel pass for the duration of my stay valid for all modes of transport. There was a nice healthy breakfast in the morning (0630 - 1030). However, would have liked any other kind of eggs besides the hard boiled. Stayed in a single room there that was sufficient for my needs. The walls however were very thin and I could can hear people talking in the next room but the most annoying thing was the tiny shower in the bathroom. The curtains kept hugging me. The staff was very friendly and cooperative but not multilingual. Only the receptionist knew English. For the rest I had to use Google Translate. Reasonable priced. Would book again.
