Central location. Spacious rooms. Polite and pleasant staff. Very clean. Good food
Location super if you like to stay in the very center of everything. Some noise from the Dluga Targ can be heard at night. Can be a real problem in summer when there are more tourists about. A triple room was excellent since there were proper beds for everyone. Staff at the reception was helpful and friendly. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning, it was good, but you can have it in some nearby cafe or restaurant as well. Taxis and uber can't drive to the hotel so you have to walk a block or two.
We struggled to drive to this hotel.
It would of been good to know earlier that parking wasn’t available .
Turns out I missed the info in the email.
Parking is about 1km away.
Rooms were huge.
No air conditioning, basic desk fans in cupboard.
So you need to open the windows to let some air in.
Noise from street including the strip club across the courtyard was loud.
Not normally an issue but went all night and people yelling at 5am most mornings.
Breakfast was buffet simple but did the job.
Booked online through one of their agencies. The hotel sent us an email and claimed we had received a too low price and asked us to pay more or cancel. We refused and referring EU laws everyone knows about and they backed off.
Not appreciated.
But their toothpicks are good. I had two.
Warm, clean and very modern rooms right in the centre of The Old Town.
Bathrobes, safe, ironing board, tea & coffee supplied as standard.
Excellent restaurant with a discount for residence makes Holland House one of my favourite places to stay in Gdansk.
