The staff at the Tremont house took such good care,with accommodating my terminally ill husband,puppy,& myself.
When it became necessary to extend our stay,they transitioned us to the Tremont house Quarter's. Needless to say,we've acquired some new friends,& we will most definitely be staying at the Tremont house, anytime we're in Galveston.
I help manage a store downtown and I live how if there is an emergency or something needs attention with the property it gets taken care of quickly. Everyone who I have dealt with has been very helpful and responsive. Only if every business were like them it would be a perfect world.
The ease of doing business with Mitchell Historic is what makes their properties even better. I have a few residential properties with them that I enjoy. They actually put in a fan for me shortly after I asked with no problem or charges. Definitely appreciate the good service.
Mitchell Historic has been a great landlord for my retail space. They do things to help you with property upkeep and have beautiful properties. Definitely recommended and worth checking out!
I have been renting office space here in downtown Galveston for several years now. The building is absolutely beautiful and they maintain it really well. My favorite part about working with them is how responsive they are to any issues that you have very quickly.
