Great place and great people!. My business needed a bigger space and looked at pretty much every coworking places in west Houston and TechSpace is by far the best. Their sales rep Tara was very helpful and patient, while being flexible in scheduling multiple tours. The location is excellent and the main building is great, with a beautifully designed courtyard. A realtor friend of mine said that back when this property was built, money was not a concern and it definitively shows! The office space has a really cool modern vibe and unlike of other places a lot of the 'extras' are already included in the price, so no big surprises after the first month. You can't go wrong with TechSpace.

TechSpace Houston is an impressive space where they take cleanliness and Covid precautions very seriously. Also, the customer service and Tara are top notch. Highly recommend.
I've worked out of an office here for about 9 months and have been super happy with the experience. The staff is always friendly and professional. They know our employees by name and are always available if we need anything! The space itself is modern and well-appointed; there are lots of places to work if sitting at a desk is not your style (but desks are available in all kinds of configurations). They put on small themed events (usually with snacks of some sort) during the workday a few times a month, which are always great!
The CityWest campus where Techspace is located is also amazing, with gardens, fountains, three restaurants, two gyms, plenty of garage parking, and lots of outdoor spaces to work as well.
Nice cafeteria, and the community manager, Tara, is very responsive for all my questions and requests. Five-star!
