The new Yaga's brunch menu is amazing! By far one of my favorite brunches in town - the outdoor patio, people watching, and carafes of mimosas make for an epic weekend brunch experience. They have recently redone the menu, and we've gone two weekends in a row - everything we've tried has been delicious and fresh, and just the right amount for brunch. My favorite insider tip is to order a carafe of mimosas, but get the orange juice on the side. That way you can really make them the way you like them. If you get the waffle make sure to add the fried chicken, it really makes the meal.
Due to covid. I didn't want to eat there but food was great. Will get again when in galveston.
Nice place with good service and mediocre food which came from the kitchen warm. Pizza was plain with some odd cheese, fajitas were decent but not hot, crab cakes were mini and overpriced. A tourist trap if I ever been to one. Save your money buy cheap food on the beach" Strand" is nice but lacks decent restaurants!!!
Yaga’s is my absolute favorite place to visit on The Strand! They have great drinks, and their Shrimp Burger is easily one of my all-time favorite meals. The service and patio are great, and they also have a beautiful mural on the outside of their building to take photos with. Try it out whenever you are in Galveston!
Yaga burgers and the lil basket of fries simply wonderful. Beautiful busy Saturday on the patio,our waiter John said relax take your time. A great part of our visit to Galveston. I didn't want to leave so much...I forgot my hat!
