Today I was at the so-called Citizens' ADVICE ... disaster. I don't know who taught these employees customer-oriented communication. Obviously nobody. I asked a single question and the answer was actually, "Boah, I don't know." It wasn't even technical. I just wanted to know what happened to my original documents. After that nothing came. They were only able to smack a stamp on an envelope. That was all. There were no proposed solutions. I was just stared at in silence. Then I asked if you could call my clerk. The employee reluctantly picked up the phone, ear and mouth, and then said, "But you're talking, aren't you?" Haalooo ?! Corona!
