So far, I can only report positive things about the company. I have been regularly housed in the premises for about 2 weeks. Rooms are very well equipped for the prices. Water and coffee are available.
I cannot subscribe to the assessments of the commentators from the previous posts. But as is well known, a dispute always includes 2.

Mr. Dreiling is actually playing power games. Already in previous inquiries about a year ago I was dismissed with "You are not wanted here". I obviously asked too many questions.
Now, for inexplicable reasons, a letter came into the mailbox on the premises and Mr. Dreiling threatened to file a notice, pronounced a ban on the house and insulted me badly in almost extreme jargon due to my illness. He was not interested in breaking the confidentiality of the letter by opening the letter. The letter was also withheld if it appeared in person and was clarified.

The premises are okay for average requirements and the rental prices are acceptable. The staircase is only for fish lovers, because it smells very penetrating because of the North Sea restaurants for fish. The waiting area is not very inviting.
Special care is required when paying the security deposit. This will not be settled on time after a notice and only after numerous reminders I got a part back. The rest I have to sue now at the district court Freiburg.
