More than 5,000 EUR too much debited. I have been waiting for the money for 2 months. Comes close to a scam in my opinion. Definitely not recommended. Gave me headaches for days and weeks. Although I was initially impressed, I and other tenants were bitterly disappointed.

When booking, the booking costs suddenly NO longer correspond to the offer, although they were created shortly beforehand. No reasons, just a method. Photos on the website do NOT correspond to the location. On-site canceled and additionally NOT used (reserve) rooms will be charged at 100%. The impersonal "help desk" is anything but helpful. Delay tactic. Only the on-site team was helpful, friendly and personable on the day of booking. However, the management's business methods are absolutely dubious. Right business partners act more long-term and far-sighted. It's a shame, otherwise a pleasant location.
