Very nice location, close to centre area, near fine restaurants.
Interior is artistically designed and the small British garden for coffee is lovely.
Good location, was here for phil embassy appointment. Very easy to find. Though parking space was limited we were able to find one. Interior design was artistic and space efficient. I like the accessories it looks good.
The equipment and rooms are quite nice.
However the biggest problem is the staff.
I have noticed multiple times how staff members talk badly about the tenants using very strong words WHILE being on the same floor with them.
The most shocking thing was when almost each time I was at the reception the behavior of one female staff member was impossible. Instead of trying to help us (for example with entrance issues, organisational issues etc), she came up with made-up rules and reason why she can't help us. Even for something she did for us earlier, was suddenly impossible and the employee who did that (who was in fact herself) could be fired. Also she often started to be very aggressive towards her colleagues while we are right in front of the reception, which made everyone very uncomfortable.
But they have good pop corn.
