This place is an awesome co-working location. I didn't end up using the childcare but I would have if I stayed here longer. The office manager was friendly, internet is great and the cost is good.
I visited the Dollar Tree store here. Very helpful and friendly employees. I spent a lot of time just looking through everything the store stocks. A very nice store, that I definitely recommend.
Beachworx is a wonderful coworking spot and office space. The desks are spacious, wifi is strong, and the owners and staff are welcoming and professional. My only regret is not becoming a member sooner. A little note to the FWB residents like me: I was hesitant about the commute and delayed coming for way too long. I rarely spend more than 25 minutes in the morning and typically 30 in the evenings. I promise your productivity is worth the drive! It's also given me time to listen to more podcasts and books and make phone calls to family and friends. It's the decompression time from office to home that I had been missing!
If you own rental real estate you need to let Sundance manage it for you. They do it all, truly reduce the time and hassle of owning and renting property, have extensive vendor connections that can handle any issue that may arise, and an awesome suite of technology tools and reports that simplify everything from knowing what is going on to tax return related data. Plus, the staff and management team are amazing, extremely professional and really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and I absolutely love them. The staff is excellent and always answer me very quickly and professionally. The environment is really great for kids. I love that my dog is welcome and the community is very friendly. The fact that it's next to the high school never bothers me. Friday night football games are very well supervised and I never have football attendees park in my parking space. It's a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.
