Enjoyed our stay. Liked availability to breakfast, lunch, and dinner all at 1 location. Loved the Tikki Bar and it's atmosphere. Rooms were nice and clean. First time staying there and would recommend to friends and family.
This was absolutely the worst “hotel” that we’ve ever stayed at. It’s not the type of property that we’re accustomed to however, we did expect the room to be clean. Upon arrival to the room we spoke to Rose and addressed our concerns with the condition of the room (Black globs of hair on the floor- my husband is bald and my hair is light, sand on the sheets when we hadn’t even been to the beach, things splattered on the wall, the windows, picture and mirrors all dirty). Upon contacting the front desk right after we got the room , I spoke to Rose that advised there were no other rooms available and then and after a few minutes of discussing the issues, she says that if we had not gone into the room and she would be able to move us. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Rose and the manager, April continually argued with me when I brought up any concern. When I first talked to April about our concerns, she offered to move us to another room and I told her to let me discuss it with my husband. She called me back a few minutes later and said that her general manager said that she couldn’t move us. I don’t even have words for this property. It’s a disgusting, dirty, outdated “motel.” Additionally, the employees are rude and this is the worst customer service that I’ve experienced. We would have left in a heartbeat but there were no Fort Myers Beach properties available that were acceptable. Everything was completely full.
This place is horrible!!
I very hesitant about staying here because of the negative reviews. I am so glad I decided to give it chance. My family and I stay in the beachfront room. Plenty of room for a family of four. Two bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom and two bathrooms. Perfect view of the beach. Very clean. No issues with housekeeping. I called for towels and within five minutes we had them. Staff was very friendly. Except for the manager of Pinchers. A couple of nights we sat out on our patio and listened to the live band/music. It was nice to the families from other hotels walk over and enjoy the music with their kids on the beach. My daughter said for the littlest hotel in the area it sure is the liveliest. We will definitely be back next winter.
Noisy AC never slept at all Pinchers way overpriced food lousy
I’ve been here a half dozen times, and have always enjoyed except for this time! Spent the day with a few friends at the bar and came up to my room about 10:30 p.m. Got ready for bed and when I layer down it felt like I was laying on the beach with all the sand on the sheets. Bed was nicely made but it was obvious that they didn’t even bother to change the sheets so I slept on the couch. I paid 280.00 for one night stay. In the morning I went to discuss it with the lady on duty and she said I should have come in last night and told them. I was out having fun in sun all day and pretty worn out . I was in no mood or condition to go try changing rooms that late. I told them they should composite me for the inconvenience of having to sleep on the couch in a 280.00 room which obviously wasn’t properly cleaned! She just looked at me and smiled and said no! Quite dissatisfied!
