Great place for a romantic lunch ,not for an all night rave tho
Nice community. Streets, kid's park and common areas well maintained. All relatively new houses. There is a gopher tortoise preserve there also. Only the one entrance/exit and can be hard to get out onto State Route 80 (Palm Beach Blvd.).
This is a great neighborhood for families! Everyone looks out for each other and encourages a true community environment. In addition to several grocery stores and shopping centers, there are many highly-rated and well-performing schools nearby. Morning traffic at the entrance can be a bit challenging.
Its a cookie cutter neighborhood. You have to drive through bad areas to get there.
