Wow Im blown away with how impressive this resort it. Every employee we made contact with was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms, elevator, entrance, bathrooms are super clean. The view from our room 1402 was gorgeous, beds were comfortable and the pillows were plush! Large kitchen and both bathrooms were outstanding. Robert in security helped us at 3am and Neil in security spoke with us at the pool just such nice people. The pool area is really nice and offers a large bbq area with several grills, nice picnic tables and nice walk to beach. Music at the pool was set to nice relaxing 70s and 80s. It truly was a great experience starting at this resort and we look forward to coming back with friends! All of this reflects how this management empowers their employees to enjoy work which makes it a pleasant resort. Thank from Tim and Kate
Clean, big rooms, warm heated pool, right on the beach, cant complain about anything. Perfect quiet place on the south end
First day was great ! Rooms are very pretty , pool was nice .... Woke up to make coffee and a huge cockroach ran across the floor ! My husband was checking around for anymore and found another one on bananas on the counter. They said they are palmetto bugs but if you google palmetto bugs they are COCKROACHES!! I am sick to my stomach :( They are switching us to a new room but we just spent a ton of money on groceries that I do not want to keep and now moving 4 kids and our stuff to a new room. Not how I want a needed vacation to be going. !!
This place is a hidden gem. A beautiful getaway for couples, families and good friends looking for a place of serenity. A special thank you to Essence and Penny for your warm welcoming to the property. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond to make this a more than special vacation for my hubby and I. This place is a definite must return to and we are so glad we came here.
