Good beach access. It was cold so we had to spend more time in the room. The TV gave me cataracts and the Heat/AC didn't work. The place was infested with liberal snow birds as well. I did see a handicapped bird though.

Great environment. Beautiful views. Nice rooms.

There are elevators to reach the upper floors. Only cost $5 per week for chair pads and $5 per week for an umbrella. I'd say that's pretty cheap. Pool and hot tub. Laundry facilities on property.
