First time using this cap1 cafe and it was great! Edward helped us with a deposit and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I don't want to bank anywhere else now if it's not a cap1 cafe.
Look I cannot say enough about this place. Whether it is collaborating with the companies there to make sure the client gets the best possible service available or being part of helping individuals in the community start up their own company and make their dream a reality. Both are humbling experiences and I just feel greatful to be able to help my community in such an impactful way. Like I stated before I cannot possibly put into words what I see CV do for people and the community. I love this place and know when you stop by you will too.
I just moved in this beginning of this month. Management is completely unresponsive. I wrote to the assistant manager about a week ago complaining about the noise that is happening in the unit above me and I have not received a response. I understand that there’s a lot of units but I honestly would not be writing if this wasn’t impacting me this much. The people above me I guess either placed sliding doors because they are consistently opening and closing it and it makes a terrible noise. The walls literally shake and the noise is extreme. I had guests over the other day who were also surprised by how loud the noise is. I haven’t had a good nights rest since I have moved in, and what’s worse is that even if I try to nap during the day, there is consistent noise due to the construction. The people above me make these noises at all hours. They have woken me up at 3am, 5am, 7am sometimes they don’t even go to bed until 12 or 1 am. I wrote to management again asking for assistance with this. I am literally staying at a family members house this weekend just so I can catch up on some sleep, which is ridiculous because I pay so much in rent.
Edit: Jessica at the main office, took her time to call me first thing this morning to offer me some options. Honestly, the Camden is lucky to have her. It’s insane that management couldn’t handle this but I’m so grateful they have someone like Jessica. I appreciate her taking the time to respond. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars solely because of Jessicas customer service.
Very inviting and open work space with the option to work in private offices to be uninterrupted while working. Love that it's situated in the middle of downtown.
As a long time client, we highly recommend Carr Workplaces as the ultimate all-inclusive Class "A" workspace. Micki Scavone and her staff, Devon and Danielle, work hard to provide excellent customer service to me as well as my clients. Everyone is made to feel welcome and they go out of their way to take care of the needs of my law firm.

In the heart of the city's business district, it's beautifully appointed, clean, well-maintained, and the site managers -- Tiffany and Ben -- meet your every need. They have done an amazing job creating a sense of community among all who work here. Loads of amenities and the "wow factor" that will impress your clients!

This place is super nice for those looking to take their business to the next level. Kyle is amazing to work with and he makes sure all of your needs are met and fine tuned so you can operate your business at maximum efficiency. He is an ace in the hole. All of the tenants seem very happy and I can safely say that zen offices truly cares about their tenants and treats everyone like family. Highly recommend.

The creation station co-working hub at the Broward Library main campus is just an outstanding FREE resource for any entrepreneur particularly if they are in start up mode. The facility is wonderful and the people are so very helpful. I cannot say enough. There are few resources like this one in the US. It truly is a gem for Broward County residents.
My company was a virtual client of Alexa's Workspaces at the Hollywood Executive Office Suites location at 3440 Hollywood Blvd for 5 years. From the time I came in to introduce myself in 2015 until the unfortunate end of our business relationship, the experience was always 5-star! The facility is spotless with several conference rooms available as well as print, copy and fax services, all available for reasonable fees. The busy front desk staff and management were super responsive to calls and emails. Always polite and professional, welcoming me by name with mail and packages securely stored for my next visit. Thank you to everyone at HEOS for representing our company in such a professional manner, you made me feel like family and I miss you all already!
Amazon co-working space. It has free coffee which is a must for me! Oh, and free beer! Lol! I love it, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a work space in Fort Lauderdale.
