First time using this cap1 cafe and it was great! Edward helped us with a deposit and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I don't want to bank anywhere else now if it's not a cap1 cafe.

Jose was the BEST. PROFESSIONAL,CURTIOUS. He helped me to FULLY overstand how to use the app and many other services I didnt even know they had. HE helped me handled my payment issue I had with another bank. Overall the place is run properly and is Covid19 safe. Have a blessed holiday.

Very bad service from Rosie that’s what she said that her name unprofessional she have an attitude I will never come back

Used "ATM" in front foyer area in late June (this location was still closed except for front foyer) to pay my credit card bill and deposit money also. Capital One is the best.
