The customer service reached me after two months of complaining.
My problem, in short, is that:
They charge me more than $270 for refurbishment (considering that I have stayed in their office less than a month.) A surprise charge.
When I visit the first time, the community leader was able to mention every single detail and service in the office. But she didn't mention the most significant hidden fees of $ 270 of refurbishment!
Which become a surprise later.
I have have made my complaint clear to customer service; my problem wasn't the amount. My problem was the principle: DON’T SURPRISE YOUR CLIENT!
And she asked me exactly that: ”have you read the terms and conditions (a tenth of pages) in detail?” I said,” No,” so it becomes my fault.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. I rarely make such statements in my life. But morally, I have to.
A great facility if you're in need of Office Space or a temporary conference room, or anything in that arena. They have what you need, in a beautiful building with ample parking and close proximity to Sawgrass Mall. Their offices are upscale and they have all of the media necessitees that you require. We needed a room to train our clients in and Regus provided us with a conference room with a TV to connect the computer to. They have a farmers market out in the parking lot on Fridays. Great staff great atmosphere great facility you can't go wrong with Regus.
I do not ever recommend dealing with this company. They are unprofessional and do not respond to your requests but have no problem taking your money
Never lease from Regus. I leased an Executive office on the Plantation building and it was and still is a terrible experience. Expensive, offices are very loud. And they NEVER returned your deposit money. They ask you for a deposit when you start the lease and they tell you that it will be returned once you finished your lease. That is a lie. I finished my lease on June 2017, today is September 12 2017 and they still have not returned my deposit. I've called several times and they always tell me, that they will do it and nothing happens. Plenty of other places to rent an office from, stay away from Regus.
The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. I rented an office and for three months had Wi-Fi issues that went unresolved. Cell phone would not work in my office, one of the other Realtors renting there would always have to step out of office to go into lobby for reception. The supervisor was rude about resolving the issues and charged me for the final month prior to me even going into the month. Just very unsatisfactory behavior.
