It was okay. Room is a bit old and they can improve their breakfast as well. Located near tram station. Getting to city center is easy
The hotel was very good. Actually it was a way better than our expectations. With air conditioning in the room, it was like a dream when you come from hot humid weather outside in the afternoon.
With basic breakfast in the morning we were puzzled in the beginning. Since we were comparing that to the German, English or even American way of breakfast which is like a huge party of food. Later on, we have realized that, this is the normal way to have breakfast in Italy. They tend to have an Italian coffee with a small piece of pastry.

Small, old fashioned room. Super friendly staff, and transit nearby. Small washroom. Could use better lighting. Very very weak wifi. Breakfast buffet with lots of option. Overall, budget friendly is what it is. Its not very close to the city so a lot of time wasted commuting from hotel to attractions.
Hotel clean and above average. Staff was friendly and helpful. But the WiFi in the room out of order for the duration of stay.. The location was quiet being next to a hospital and a university. There was good metro connection to the town a short walk away. But no restraunts nearby. We were advised to get our dinner in town before heading home to the hotel for the night
Not bad for the prize you pay. You can't expect anything too fancy, rooms are kind of old but clean and everything is working as it should. My room was a little dirty under the bed at first, but when mentioned the staff was very sorry and cleaned it immediately. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Regarding breakfast&room: Not a large variety of food, but it was tasty in general. Throw-away plastic teaspoons and cups seems a little bit outdated, why not just buy a set of glasses and metal spoons?! Same for soap & shower gel in the bathroom. Why put everything in seperare plastics bags? Just buy some large bottles and Mount it to the wall like in every other hotel. Maybe that s just the common way around here. Keep your windows closed (mosquitos) in summer!
