I stayed at the student hotel for a few nights for business reasons and I must say that my stay was simply perfect. Let’s start from the front office staff: very welcoming and friendly, they made me feel at home and were always ready to help me with a smile. They also upgraded me for free to a more spacious room. I was really impressed by the modern and playful design of the building. I would only suggest an extra shelf in the bathroom where to leave toiletries. To sum up: a happy bubble in this challenging period!
My favorite hotel in Florence! Not only is the staff welcoming and friendly, the hotel itself is so unique. There is truly something for everyone with the various facilities and services they offer and you will feel right at home while staying here. This goes above and beyond traditional hospitality and I absolutely recommend TSH to anyone looking for a unique experience while in Florence!
Modern place with very helpful staff and a nice international vibe. Loved the free bike rental options, the gym and the rooftop pool. Great value for money.

A place where you can enjoy smart work from home office, organize meetings, relax during an aperitivo, charge a bit your immune system with vitamin D at the rooftop pool, eat, swing and socialize. All this is combined at a place next to Fortezza de Basso, Student Hotel, Firenze.
A hotel with lot of facilites and established thanks to a brave fearless vision, being opened for the future since working no longer means heading into an office, exercise isn't just for fitness fanatics anymore, virtually nobody has a home phone and we interact completely differently.
This hotel is already a step before us being ready for 5G and for the future, suitable guests who are either planning for long or short term stay.

We overalled enjoyed this stay. Good price, the room was good with cold quiet AC, and the service from the staff was amazing. We have a few things we didn't like about the hotel though. The water pressure in the shower is extremely bad and you had to ask for fresh towels. The pool was open but with restrictions, maximum 15 people in the terrace area/4 people in pool max at a time and you had to reserve seats. Despite this there were over 30 people in the terrace area and as much as 10 people in the pool at the same time. . Quite a double standard from the hotel, why have rules when you choose not to follow them and risk guests health in the current covid-19 situation?
