Friendly staff
The hotel staff stood out as being so polite and welcoming. They were very helpful with anything we needed, including arranging a taxi. The breakfast was very socially distanced and felt safe. This was a good price for staying in Florence and the city was accessible via the tram line (10-15 minute tram ride and the first car on the tram was socially distanced).
I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Very helpful. Lovely bar- outside space. Unfortunately I was there during covid lockdown and the food let it down. Obviously staff restrictions but nowhere near Hilton standards or even menu for a regular Hilton. I would like to think in normal conditions the food would be great.
Fantastic. Clean. Staff prepared and everything that they do it's with smile. A lot of hotels or for that matter chains could learn from these people.
Location is great if you are wanting to access downtown. The tram made it super convenient for first time visiting Florence. The staff was great. The bartender Georgio & entire front desk staff were super helpful and friendly! Room was nice. Overall, this hotel was better than HGI in the US. Would recommend this property over the Hilton in the area of you want easy access without having to use taxis.
