Gorgeous hotel, well kept and the staff were extremely nice. The surrounding area was also beautiful and very close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms were cozy and very modern. The breakfast was quite good as well. If I ever go back to Florence, I will happily stay here again.
Great location. Very good breakfast. Clean rooms. A bus stop next to the hotel gets you directly from and to the train station. Another bus stop nearby gets you to the center of Florence.

You get what you pay for. My friends and I were traveling on a budget so we chose this hotel. Sure it’s decent, but nowhere near great. Rooms are a little dingy/dirty. Bedding is comfortable though. AC NEEDS HELP!!! Our AC sucked! The room was so stuffy and gave us allergies. Please change your ac. That’s all.
Good experience in general.
The breakfast was the best, a wide selection and good coffee. They kept our luggage the last day. The room offers a USB plug, just in case you forgot to bring one convertor with you (they will not lend you one, they just offer you to buy one in the reception).
The room was just ok. The window was broken and the noise from the street was constant. The door from the shower was broken and the clean cleanliness could be better.
