Excellent hotel for the interiors, the rooms, the breakfast, the workers. The only shame is the small parking outside that sometimes is not enough for the guests.
I had a pleasant stay for a work trip. I enjoyed the close proximity of the train that would take me into the city center or to the airport at the end of my trip. Many of the nights, the hotel was filled with tour groups that made breakfast a bit challenging at times due to how many people were trying to eat at once. The hotel did a great job of keeping the buffet stocked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend to someone looking for a nice hotel outside of the city center.
Good location, not far from the city centre. Comfortable rooms, clean room and bathroom. Definitely recommend for those looking to visit Florence.
We picked this hotel because it's just out of the centrum, so we've thought we would be in a nice quiet surrounding. We made a reservation via the reservation dept. Which went great and quick via mail. All the times we were in contact with the front desk was great!
But. The restaurant was closed at 12.30 and we couldn't find a place to get coffee in the hotel because there was no staff to be found.
The room has a window which is extremely hard to be opened but makes a great sound proof isolation!
The bathroom is only for one person at a time.
In the room you find many giant mirrors everywhere.
We did slept like a baby and loved the DND sign.
As everyone already said, parking is not in line with a four star hotel. We parked as instructed at the side streets of the hotel, to find out that a scooter has parked literally parked against the bumper of my car. We found that it is better to park in one of the parking garages in the area (1eur/hour.) There is an hotel parking area suitable for 3 cars.
