I don't generally leave reviews, but I felt Clovis deserved one. Since day 1 in the leasing office, the team has been incredible! They have been professional every step of the way and the communication was awesome. Super happy that I came across this complex, highly recommend!
The customer service that I have received so far from Miss Lola and other staff has been amazing! Very helpful and responsive.
I love my apartment at Clovis Point. The layout and finishes are great, I had a couple of maintenance requests in the beginning and they were handled quickly. The office staff is friendly and always ready to answer questions or be of service.
Staff is awesome! Helpful and accommodating. Great amenities. Pet friendly. Lola is Great!
Ceiling fans have been malfunctioning for 6 months and no one will come fix them. They've been notified several times. The office even called and said they'd be there and never showed up. They don't clean or maintain common areas. There's dog hair and feces on the hallway carpet for weeks. Again, we've asked about it, no response.

A woman in your office has spoken with me a couple times about the fans and maintenance has never had an issue speaking with me. The residents in this apartment are dependents of mine. This is a unique situation. And if your strict policy is to not speak with the financially responsible person, then that needs to be consistent. It's very frustrating.
So, all that being said, we're very happy that the ceiling fans have been replaced since we opened this conversation and the common hallway has been cleaned. Thank you.
