Usually work from the Chicago location, but visited here when in Boulder to scout a potential move. Michael & David were completely on top of their game in helping me get set up seamlessly, and being extremely forthcoming with information & guidance as well as providing and recommending custom refreshments & snacks which was a nice touch. Industrious continues to lead the co-working space game, and I have worked in many, and this location is up there with the best of them (and the best view).
Alexis has been extremely helpful and integral in my move from New York to boulder. From the moment we first spoke, she took time out of her day to FaceTime me from New York and show me the entire Novel facility as well the office suites that were available. When I arrived in Boulder Alexis took time out out of her day off to welcome me into the building and make sure I was settled with everything that I needed. The word no is not in Alexis’ vocabulary. From the moment I arrived, anytime I have needed something, she did not hesitate to help me. She is truly a gem. Aside from how great Alexis has been, the building and facilities have been immaculate. I had only planned on staying for a few months until I settled into working from home, but the community that Alexis has built in Novel has definitely deterred me from leaving.
Campworks is a wonderful family run co-working space in South Boulder. Homemade muffins each morning, great coffee, and a quiet & friendly atmosphere. I strongly recommend Campworks.
Office Evolution in Longmont is fantastic. I’ve been using it as my primary work location for about 3 months and couldn’t be happier. The office manager, Jeanne, is very helpful and always makes sure things are running smoothly! I highly recommend this for your office away from home!
This particular office is spectacular. Mary is extremely responsive to all of my needs, and she is always fast to respond and is solution-oriented. She is excellent to work with. She is responsive, professional and our group really feels taken care of. Thanks for always going the extra mile, Mary!! You are the best.
I want to give a shout out to Beth at the Louisville Colorado Office Evolution. She has been a wonderful person to work with over the past 3 years. She has been very helpful with our needs for conference room space and one day office space. She is always cheerful and delight to hold a conversation with.
WE love Estes park. We like Stanley Village because it has many store and restaurants to shop and eat with out going to far. However buyer beware because you will pay more since is nothing else around.
We were out driving through Estes Park today. We drove by and saw mini golf. From a distance, it looked fun. We stopped and played the course. It was fun and the course was great! We chose the water side. I enjoyed the scenery, course and friendly staff. We would definitely go there again.
I can't say enough great things about our experience with Office Evolution. Heather is so warm, helpful, and an incredible connector. The prices are completely fair and affordable, and she's always doing things to help people feel appreciated. She has provided me with a great listening ear on multiple occasions. I highly recommend this as your next co-working space.
I would go crazy from isolation as a mama if I didn't have this place! I originally came for the co-working but stayed because of the people and the opportunities to grow myself as a member of the co-op... and now it's my home away from home. This is one of the first places in my life where I feel like I don't have to compartmentalize who I am. Plus, my kid is THRIVING because of the community SHE has here. Can't recommend it highly enough!
A cool co-working space but more than that, a way to connect with luminaries and activists in the frugality, environmentalist, and financially savvy community. This is a very special place.
Worked here for about 2 months, 4-5 days a week. Been a fantastic experience. The site manager Terry is fantastic--always cheerful and willing to help if you need anything. Just sets a nice tone for the day. Space is very quiet, and not overly crowded. I just have a floating desk setup, and price is best in town. Plenty of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, print/copy facilities, fast internet, 24 hr key fob access, loads of parking, bike racks out front, nearby bus stop, anything you might want. Daily cleaning/wipedowns, and all COVID procedures followed. Thanks OE!
Loved this place. My family had an amazing time recently and I still can’t forget the amazing memories we made. The archery was super fun, the pond in the front was breathtaking and the tennis/mini golf course was blast. I highly recommend this place to any outdoorsy family or any family who needs to unplug. Estes is a beautiful place but to experience it here is truly an excellent idea.
So I currently work here at the YMCA, and have been for about 10 months... and what I have just gotta say is one thing: I truly LOVE the staff currently working here (as of March 2019...) They are all truly great and spectacular in their own way. The end!
Intelligent office in Boulder has not only been everything our business has needed in the last few years but has become a critical vendor during the COVID-19 shutdowns. The staff is extremely responsive (very rare, and way better for a much better price than our former ridiculously expensive shared office spaces in Colorado, Indiana, and in Boston who literally lose customer checks and mail and don't answer you back...) and every time we need other services they are not only available but affordable and easily explained and onboarded by their staff. I have always been blown away by the value. It really is a personal touch that you just don't find anymore with real people that pick up the phone, answer emails, and can be trusted to ensure that your mail, calls, and other critical business functions are handled properly during such crazy economic times. 5 stars in my book. I will continue to use them for my businesses and recommend them to colleagues and clients as long as our business is in Boulder. (There are other Intelligent Office locations, and we have used them before, and none compare to what we have experienced as far as the excellence and not missing a single thing the team in Boulder has brought to our business in the last 4 years of us renting from them. The meeting rooms and offices are clean, available, and ready on a dime, and literally our folks there catch things even we don't catch for our business with a kind and professional attitude that you just do not see anywhere anymore.) Highly recommend.
I don't generally leave reviews, but I felt Clovis deserved one. Since day 1 in the leasing office, the team has been incredible! They have been professional every step of the way and the communication was awesome. Super happy that I came across this complex, highly recommend!
Owner is very accommodating. Several if the members there are also very helpful and friendly . Very reasonable priced. Will rent from him again. Highly recommended
