All excellent until the moment of collecting the deposit, they do not make an objective valuation at all. I have lived in several rental houses and have never had a less problem with them.
One piece of advice, photograph the entire apartment upon arrival and the complaints of the damage always in writing and that you answer in writing, otherwise they will try to charge you all of the deposit. An example, the apartment according to the person who did the inspection when returning the keys was clean and at most an hour or two of extra cleaning would be done when in the end they charged us more than 10.
