I never denigrate publicly but there frankly, I strongly advise against them.
We have just finished a stay with this agency (which pretends to be private on Airbnb),
Arrival: we were supposed to have the keys at 2 p.m., they told us the same day that it would be at 5 p.m. (with 4 young children in the heat without telling us that it was finally ready before ...
During the stay:
- we warn them that the washing machine door does not work and that a fridge does not cool well, they accuse us of having broken the washing machine (and they even write it on Airbnb)
- deliver us a fridge that they leave in the middle of the room, telling us to manage to install it ... and criticize us on an Airbnb comment for not having installed it.
When the keys are collected:
- we actually forgot to empty a bathroom trash can, and left 20 minutes late ... at the same time at € 200 cleaning costs, I consider that no man died, but here again the beautiful agency is in charge of treating us as disrespectful on Airbnb in public comment, while at the beginning she told me that everything was fine ....
So yes, I advise against it, for a lot of reasons, but above all, for the lack of honesty.
Fatal, they rent houses with electrical overload problems, full of ants and I spent two days in the middle of summer with minors without air conditioning and their response to the inconvenience was a bottle of wine.
