We rented a ground floor in the center of Roses to rest for a week, we have some neighbors upstairs (probably part of the same house and owner, as ours seems to communicate with the one above through doors that are closed), have children and they have been every night making noises, playing ball, dragging furniture, .. Until dawn. We went to the real estate to see if they could say anything to the neighbors, and they gave us long and told q they didn’t know who was there and q they couldn’t do anything.

I strongly advise against renting an apartment with them. The monitoring of the agency is catastrophic !! We booked an apartment through airbnb which normally had to be equipped with wifi but in the end it wasn't or you had to pay for each person. Several of us had to work during our stay and in the end we had to do it with our 4G ... we tried to call them several times to resolve the problem. In the end, each time we were told we were going to call you back and in the end ... they did not call back. A really very unprofessional attitude that seems to be reflected in many other comments so run away! In the end, we lost a lot of time on simple things.
