Stayed here a few years ago,and 3 owners on a little has changed
Rooms need a major refurbishment and in particular the bathrooms and general lighting in all rooms
Appreciate during COVID restrictions some services are affected, breakfast display and food quality and presentation are not 4 star, no water or coffee on offer to purchase, cafeteria closed other than 3 hours for breakfast , would have not booked 2 nights if I was made aware beforehand
Have stayed in other hotels last few weeks and service levels are less affected it seems.
A nice place, clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool is ok, but as we were here during the pandemic there was no service except for breakfast, so the whole atmosphere was limited.
Very fine experience. Quiet, huge room-really a suite. Breakfast buffet was huge, and fairly priced. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful former monastery. Rooms were clean and staff was always very professional as well as helpful. Pool was great for a quick dip
