Very very good guide, preferably than other ones
Wonderful tour of the bodega, so informative about the history, and making of the sherry and then left with 4 types of sherry to sample (all full bottles)our tour started at 10 and we didn't leave until 3pm, well worth the €15
Great marketing in the bodegas and the tour itself. The buildings are modern and well maintained - from the welcome lounge to the shop reminiscent of a fancy museum shop. The tour started late (although we were told to arrive at 9:55 for the 10:00 english tour, it was closed when we arrived and we had to wait a while) and afterwards it felt rushed. Half the visit is the Toro gallery which is all marketing and repeatedly telling how they pay for any repairs to the toros - which is normal as they are their bollboards! The guide spoke good english and the tour was informative but lacked passion or authenticity. I preferred the other tour we did with a more traditional family bodega in the same town.
Well organized tour,very good presentation about the company and sherry, excellent wine tasting!
