Able to hold my packages for me so I could come pick them up just before closing.
More than a week waiting for an urgent shipment. Calling to know the status of the order is mission impossible. They don't pick up the phone no longer than you try. I go to the office to claim the package and they tell me that it is in delivery (coincidence). They call the delivery man, I meet him at a fixed point and he doesn't show up after waiting more than half an hour for him. Regrettable.
Customer service is abysmal. They spent day 3 to leave me a package and it was gone. From that day on I have been calling them to arrange a new delivery and they never pick up the phone or answer the email. We are at day 14 and I still cannot receive my package. I have not found a worse company to send and receive packages.
They do not deliver the package the day they tell you by sms. Then they send you another sms saying that the package could not be delivered without even trying to call you first. You try to specify the delivery date in the link they give you in the sms and it does not work. Impossible to get caught on the phone. I spent all of Friday and Monday morning calling and not once did they pick up the phone. They should improve the communication aspect.
