This office is ashamed. Customer service over the phone, I don't know what they have it for. Well yes, as a decoration. because they DON'T GET IT. 17 calls are the ones I've already had. Does it seem normal? To put up a claim sheet.
Well, despite all the negative comments there are, I have never had a problem with them. The packages have always arrived at my house (except when I'm not there, of course). And then there in the office they have always treated me very well and quickly. It is true that at certain times there is a long queue ... but hey, what will you do? Everywhere there are queues and more now with this covid.
Long queues, more than 1 hour each time you have to do something. There is no parking. And only 3 people to serve a city of 90,000 inhabitants. I find it incredible that there are not yet at least two other offices scattered around the city.
