Incredible place to work out of. It's a very modern workspace with plenty of readily available resources: office supplies, white boards, printers, meeting rooms, and private phone call booths. Staff is great too. Justin is an asset at Work Nicer. He has been so helpful and consistently goes above and beyond. He really adds to the welcoming community that is Work Nicer. He is proactive and hardworking, he always goes out of his way to help others. Aside from the great staff, having the ability to work alongside hardworking and mission driven founders and employees makes me want to step up my own game to a whole new level. Love it here. Couldn't imagine being anywhere else.
Homestead has been my home away from home. I run around all-day so being able to settle-in the middle of Edmonton is huge plus. Great location, an even better community, and all the best food is within walking distance!
I'd like to note that the staff at Homestead are MORE than accommodating. They're all incredibly friendly, ensure cleanliness within the space, and always prioritize a helping hand.
Whether you're someone who prefers to work alone in privacy, or someone who wants to be around highly-driven individuals; Homestead is definitely my top recommendation.
They also make sure the coffee is good. Kudos to that!
Horrible company to deal with - if you are looking for a virtual office, look elsewhere. Even though my mail was supposed to be forwarded weekly, there were times where I would not receive it for months. They also lost numerous important pieces of mail. I asked to cancel prior to my annual renewal, and was referred to the website - I cancelled via their online contact form, then they claimed that it was not received - and that I must pay for the next year. I told them I would not be doing that and that I had previously advised them I had cancelled through their website - they said they had no record now - conveniently after the annual deadline - and that they would send my account to collections. This is a joke and I regret ever using them in the first place. STAY AWAY.
Really nice space. One of those industrial places with a modern flavor. Cool space if you look for a coworking office to start your own business.
Plus, they run a number of activities to promote entrepreneurial spirit.

Our office has been in the Intelligent Office Space for almost 2 years now and we have had nothing but an amazing experience and the credit goes to the staff here, extremely attentive, very accommodating and great to be around!
Of course the location is central within the business district of the City, this coupled with professional high-tech boardrooms and on-demand administrative services bring everything together at a very attractive rate…basically a conducive working environment that lets you focus on the important stuff…whatever that might be for you!
Roundhouse has been the perfect addition to my growing business. The space works well as a professional place to meet clients and crack out a bunch of work uninterrupted. I absolutely love the community and am thrilled to be a part of such an inclusive, welcoming environment.
