We moved into Strathmore's Hopetoun Gate Serviced Offices over 5 years ago and have never looked back! As a charity we need to apply for grant and trust funding on an ongoing basis and our income is variable year on year so it is very reassuring to know exactly our office and utilities costs. We also benefit from the first class services of friendly and efficient reception and cleaning staff, access to the shared kitchen and not having to deal with suppliers re Phone, Internet, Utilities etc. I would thoroughly recommend Strathmore.
lovely, big open plan office for co-working space. Nice atmosphere, great location and lots of amenities including parking available. Also brilliant offices for smaller companies with an on site office manager and concierge staff.
Custom Lane in Leith is a fantastic Co-working/meeting space with a very friendly group of tech savvy artists, designers, inventors, creators, architects, photographers, furniture makers, jewels, coders & just all that good stuff. The best coffee in Edinburgh downstairs too @

Desana has changed my life! Remote working is rubbish for me, so being able to get out of the house and connect with colleagues (or just work alone away from my kids!) has been transformative. The app is very easy to use and the team are incredibly friendly and open to feedback.
By far the best co-working space in town. Slick, luxurious and professional, with a vibrant atmosphere, first-class facilities and extremely helpful staff. Fast wifi, fancy teas, posh muesli and drinks on Friday. Who needs a real office?!
I spent a few months of co-working at Strathmore St Andrew square office and I can't recommend it enough. The place is very central, only 1min or less from Edinburgh Waverley station. The co-working space is very modern and furnished with great quality furniture. Desks are spacious, very good storage, business lounge and internet is amazingly fast (~ >150Mbps). It has a nice kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster, free tea, and nice coffee machine. The most important of all is the awesome team that runs the building. They are very helpful, friendly and professional. I certainly spent a very productive time there. Oh, and nice co-workers too!
Our company was born and bred at The Melting Pot. We stayed for five years before eventually moved to an office of our own. Lovely team and community – not just a co-working space.
Evergreen Coworking Studio has been a life saver for me! A great environment in which to work, create and be apart of a community that has greatly increased my productivity.
I have tried most of the coworking spaces in Edinburgh, and so far I have enjoyed this one the most. It's small and friendly with a nice mix of people and good amenities. The location is excellent with great public transport links. I really enjoyed the social aspect, too, with regular joint lunches.
