A wonderful and good place for MEETINGS in Düsseldorf. But as well a good place for an office or as a Coworking place.
Fantastic office space!
The offices and the staff in the offices are excellent.
However, everything else at Regus is of very poor quality. The app has evolved, but it's still not easy to use.
In addition, it is very difficult to get in touch with Regus' accounting department. An example:
After moving out of a permanent office, less deposit was returned than paid and no deposit statement was issued.
The employees in the office cannot give any answer to account topics and refer to the accounting email address. Unfortunately, there is no reply to my emails in Regus accounting.
Only offices and employees would deserve 4-5 stars. In the overall package with everything else (app, accounting, invoicing, etc.) it is unfortunately enough to 2 stars.
