*Hard to find a better location, BUT
*offices are nice but lack modern features like height adjustable tables and essentials for a coworking space like phone boxes
*every little thing costs extra: e.g. you book a meeting room for 40€/h and have to pay extra to use the TV; coffee flat rate for 20€/months, but no water
*the entire administration process is based on the infrastructure of Regus and that is an absolute no go. lots of bugs and long support process.
*office was opened five months late and lot of things are not like promised until now. That did not stop them to increase rent by 25% after one year.
Really nice co-working space in Düsseldorf Altstadt.

The Lord had no motivation to answer questions, let alone offer alternatives. You have to say here, luckily, there is no cooperation.
