We have been tenants from the very beginning and are very happy to be part of this community. Landlords and tenants are all open and approachable. It is a coexistence as one can wish for.
I loved the place, the performance where I attend was really great a musical performance with a typical story but wonderfull stage!!! The acts were great, any actor and actress played well. The stage everytim had something to surprise you!! The lighting, the colors, the decoration, grimm, cloths ... And last but not the list the music group!!! The combination of the best that you may find in any other hall! I did not expect these amount of exictement in Dresen, the cool point was that there was a "subtitle" at the top of the stage where give you a hint about the summery of the scene if your German knowledge is not that good as me or you are a beginner that you may not follow the dialouges. I will back there soon and enjoy another excitement performance with a good music last point was the price!! I am an international student and I could enjoy it with a very very reasonable even cheap price, the list is about 10€ for the big hall to over hundred sometimes
Enjoyed my month in this co-working place. There main room is very big with a lot of stable and big tables, and there were everywhere enough plugs for laptops and even some USB plugs for other devices.
For me the private meeting room was the biggest value, as I needed to record many videos and could always find a time to book the room for myself. One of the features of monthly subscription is that it includes 8 hours of meeting room, which is perfect for someone who wants to have a private conversation with the clients or like me - to have a silent room to record videos.
Internet speed: Download is amazing - I think it's about 50-100 Mbps. Upload - only about 3-5 Mbps - depends where you are sitting. I think the meeting room had the weakest connection (but still enough and fast for regular user and internet browser). However, for me, unfortunately, sometimes the upload speed at Quartier22 was not sufficient for my video calls over the internet. I even was using a SIM card with Data GBs as a backup.
Another great addition to the membership package is convenient printing. and scanning. No need to go to the copy shop.
Location of Quartier22 is very central. There is a big supermarket, a drug store, also asian and turkish shops, plus several places for fast food during the lunch. All within 50m range, which is very very comfortable if you decide to stay many hours per day at the co-working.
Super competent team. All requests are processed in full and completely satisfactorily. Absolutely recommendable, a management consultancy that has what it takes! TOP!
