Best location of any coworking space in Downtown Denver - my whole team loves it. They have conference rooms, event space, high-end finishes, and free coffee. They’re also right above Dazzle (American/Contemporary food) which offers 20% off catering for members.
3 Balcony West Event Venue

The Balcony West is one of the most magical places to host a private event in Denver.
Most of what makes it magical is easy to see. From the historic 1890 Italian Renaissance Revival architecture, to the enormous Tiffany windows on the first floor, to the marble, brass and mosaic accents throughout the building this is a one-of-a-kind building. And when you enter the 9th floor Balcony and take in surrounding architecture and the spectacular western panorama views including Denver’s skyline and mountain it transforms one into a different place and time.
What is more difficult to see at first are the underlying efforts of those involved in the venue to deliver on the Balcony’s promise. But it is seen most importantly in the implementation and execution of the event itself. Our family hosted the first two formal events on the Balcony. In total more than 120 guests participated in events there. Every single person, local and out-of-town visitors were awed by the location. We were equally awed by the people behind the venue and in the desire and willingness to make everything work well.
I would not hesitate for a second in recommending the Balcony West from the most informal to the most formal of events.

I recently joined Novel on Welton St after touring many Downtown Denver co-working locations. If you are a fan of boujee amenities, coffee machines, sick rooftops, and great office spaces without breaking the bank, I recommend Novel on Welton St.
If you prefer spending more money on less-desirable office spaces, you’re in luck- there are other places downtown.

I’m quite confident I toured EVERY co-working space in Denver before being referred to FIRMSPACE, and my colleagues and I are very thankful we landed where we did! The downtown location is ideal, the office is easy to get to, and we have many options close by when selecting a lunch or coffee spot with guests.
The office space itself is upscale, modern, professional, functional, secure, comfortable, offers great private meeting spaces as well as shared work space, is impeccably maintained, and offers great views of the mountains and the city, for everyone to enjoy. Every visitor I’ve hosted, out of market colleagues and clients, comments on the space and the people.
The Denver team, Anish, Kristin and Faith, are great to work with. They’re professional, friendly, always willing to lend a hand (and have been known to keep a reserve of my favorite cookies on hand.) In recent years, it seems things like catered meals, snacks, and on-site beverages have become increasingly important to people. FIRMSPACE does an excellent job of providing these conveniences without creating a work environment that feels like a bar or coffee shop.
Lastly, the FIRMSPACE member community was an unexpected and welcomed bonus. My fellow members are an impressive group of professionals from across a wide variety of industries. Overall, folks are down to earth, friendly, and genuine and I enjoy sharing my day with them.

Best co-working space I've ever been to. Jen Spinous is the Community Manager here and couldn't be more attentive to her customers every needs.
I was in Denver for the weekend and needed a place to take a few Zoom calls. I called her and she told me to come down and she would arrange it for me. I'm not a member of Industrious not have I ever been to any of their co-working spaces, but Jen was quick to accommodate me right away and make herself available for anything I needed. Space was perfectly setup and all the amenities one could ask for, including free coffee and snacks.
Can't say enough good things about Jen and her spot. Greatly recommend and will be back.

This is one of my favorite office spaces to visit in Denver! Bryce, the business center manager, is very welcoming and inviting the minute I walk through the door. The space is clean and fully stocked with coffee. I love that it is ideally located near Union Station and within walking distance to coffee and lunch spots. There are also meeting rooms available to make it easy to host webinars and virtual events when i need a quiet space.

Short Review: Best place I've ever worked from and probably the most productive use of my time in years. Far better than trying to work from a coffeeshop and priced reasonably. The open office concept feels like working at a well funded startup with tons of character. Will be working here again.
My stint at The Hive was brief but worth talking about, so here's my long review ...
Convenience and Peace of Mind: I work from Denver for a couple of months out of the year. Usually I would setup shop in a cafe but I really needed a dedicated workspace for my 27" Thunderbolt, my company's legal documents, and other things I need to run my company. The Hive offered the 24 hour access via keyfob, private floor access, locked office space, lockers for personal effects, and security cameras.
Location: Right at the south end of 16th, just a skip away from the lightrail station. This meant I didn't need to drive or find parking and reduced my overall commute worries. Access to great food and other amenities was nice to have, deliveries were simple, and this provided a good central hub for meeting with colleagues and business partners.
Amenities: Sweet Bloom coffee and other snacks were included. In addition to those items, they had a conference room and "phone booths" for extra privacy. They have an HDTV for displaying presentations and whiteboards for collaborating. All office supplies, including printers, were easy to access and made working.
Ambience: The open office concept isn't for everyone, but I love it. The high ceilings, desk layout, office furniture coordination, lighting, and decor really made the space look fantastic and provided a general feel of wellbeing. With the other occupant's Spotify selections playing all day at just the right volume, it really felt casual, modern, and classy all in one.
The People: JD, Greg, Brett, Nick, Kevin, Pete, Danielle were all fantastic people to collaborate with, bounce ideas off of, get feedback from, and just share a conversation with. We started "Thirsty Thursday" where we kick back and share a drink and chat for 30 minutes. I feel like I have some lifelong friends as a result of my time at The Hive.
The Owners: Lindsay and Jared are awesome. Just a great pair that I look forward to working with again in the future.

Friends, if you're looking for a private office or co-working space, look no further. I'm renting a private office that's about 150 sq ft and I love the environment. I meet with clients in my private office and I head up to the 5th floor in between to network/socialize, use the kitchen and get help with anything from our awesome Community Manager. The kitchen is stocked with snacks and drinks that are purchasable through an app, which means you only pay for what you consume. I love that because I don't have to pay for everyone else's food/drink. Plus, the fancy coffee machine freshly grinds beans for each cup of coffee. Enough said. The rent is significantly lower than other place I've looked at, but the amenities and office design are top notch. This place is move in ready. Come be my neighbor. :)

Jon and Emily are a dream to work around! They were so accommodating whenever people at my company needed anything. I love that they allowed me to bring my pup to work so that I didn't feel bad about leaving her at home all day. I love the phone booths that they have so that I can conduct calls without any interruption. They even have a nap room. This is an excellent coworking space filled with friendly people!

I walked in at 4:56 to print out my statements, they originally said they couldn't not help me without an appointment. The manager Tundi helped me Print them all out and I was able to leave by 5 o'clock! During these times from corona virus many businesses have turned away a lot of loyal customers, I'm just really happy that they ended up helping me.

WeWork - Union Station has been home to my business for more than a year and am happy to share with the online community that the location, the services, and ESPECIALLY the WeWork Team has been absolutely wonderful. Always professional, always very friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to be as helpful as possible! Abigail in particular (our Community Manager) is simply wonderful and a very valuable asset to WeWork and the WeWork community. Thank you to everyone!

I started my business right at the peak of the pandemic and unsure of success in the future. Thrive helped me navigate through the waters and be profitable each month with business continuing to grow! Access to large meeting rooms and the production studio help me market my business and host conferences for additional growth. 24 hour access has been crucial for my business as my clients often need me after normal working hours. The management really does everything to create an environment to let your business take off and every client I’ve had come in comments on how cool this space is. Definitely would recommend this as a spot for a startup or a location to “work from home”. The area is super walkable for clients and there’s tons of great eats nearby as well as printing, coffee, BEER, and snacks are all available to get your business moving.
