Please be aware they do not have a direct contact to an accounting department. Which calls for issues on billing. As a business owner myself I do not feel right taking people's money if I am no longer serving them. They have charged me for three months even though I have stopped the service with them. I have brought attention to this issue month after month and they said they will fix it and still haven't. I am not one to write negative reviews but I am saving you time and headache.
Really open modern looking co-working space new to Denver. The offices are decent sized, and they have some seriously amazing views. The staff is attentive and super friendly. Kitchen setup is nice with good provisions. Kinda weird they charge for meeting rooms, and parking is very limited. Great location though close to Union Station and public transit. Go downstairs and visit Hearth & Dram for lunch and a drink.
Hosted a lunch meeting and it was amazing - everything was executed perfectly! The room set up was exactly what we needed, the wireless AV was incredible to use and the catering menu was fantastic. Highly recommend utilizing the space for everyday meetings and/or a regular work space!
The Lab is modern, clean and in a great location and of course I've to mention about the incredible views of Denver downtown.
The team here (Will, Molly, Ari and Jessica) are friendly and very helpful! Relocating from London to Denver to open our first US Headquarters was a huge task and they made the process of finding an office space a lot easier by providing us with lots of support to help our operations set up.
We hosted a Networking Event at the Serendipity Labs and had an outstanding experience. The staff communicates Molly, Ariana and Will are great hosts and communicate well. We loved the room, the view and had a great event overall. Thank you!
