4045 is great! I have been here in a small office since about the time they opened. The place is always clean and friendly (both in staff and in clientele). I appreciate that it isn't overly crowded in it's design and doesn't feel like a fish bowl like some other spaces do. The kitchen is appropriately stocked and the staff does a great job organizing events.
I've worked at a few different coworking spaces in Denver, and this is by far my favorite spot. There is a casual, yet also very mature vibe about the entire space — it's nice to be surrounded by other folks that work hard and want to be productive as well. The community is great as well, and management does a good job getting to know everyone and making sure you are comfortable. The space is really nice, has great amenities, and I have a very affordable little office. 12/10 recommend
I use the conference room every month for our board meeting. Great co working space.
When I work at Forty45 I am able to be productive and efficient because my existential crisis vanishes. It must be because the amenities are always stocked and that the communal places are clean. The ambiance is great.
Much nicer than you would expect in this area. Beautiful facility. Internet is fast and they've invested in good cybersecurity, so you can safely and comfortably run a business.
