Tom Shaw is easy to deal with and yet highly professional. He pays attention to the details, is flexible, innovative, committed, and drives the sale with little fuss.
We particularly liked the rhythm of his feedback, brief, to the point, keeping us in the loop. We knew what was happening without having our hopes, expectations, or concerns played upon.

Rae Corris is First Class

Details in the description of the neighbours house for sale are incorrect, it says on permanent rental market (only been rented for 6 months), secure lease but know for a fact no one has been in there since june 22
Maybe needs to be updated as that makes me think someone is already in there renting
There's not enough stars to recommend Biggin & Scott Daylesford highly enough. Helped us so very much when we moved across to Daylesford from Tasmania years ago, the staff are to the highest level professional and down to earth and understanding as well. I will always recommend the team for any sales and rental properties. 100% the best real estate I have ever dealt with.
