We love chill suits in Danang and Ho Chin Min City both. The staff are wonderful! So helpful and friendly. We stayed during the lockdown for Covid-19 and the staff was so great about keeping us informed and even gave us person numbers to contact them with any of our needs.
We stayed in a king suite. Location is great - quick walk to the beach, restaurants and Vinmart just outside. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Secure onsite motorbike parking.
An affordable option at the time, overall the room was spacious and clean.
Facilities are a bit run down. Our shower head was broken and left on the side of the shower. Shower screen was removed and shower drain blocked off so the water had to travel to the other side of the toilet to reach the drain - this meant the floor infront and around the toilet was persistently wet AND a dripping noise could be heard 24 hours a day. Bedside lamp was broken.
Room felt dusty. However it is still value for money since it's cheap. Staffs were very nice to keep providing many bottled water for us everytime they see us.
The place in reality looks much worse then on photo. The room smells terrible. The stuff is friendly and the beach close.
Good room for the price, not used to not having a door between toilet and bedroom but was fine. Kind Staff and very helpful
