Danang is full right now with digital nomads looking for good coworking spaces. This space is empty, for good reasons.
Pro: Good ergonomic chairs, good tables, big windows
Con: Really slow internet, tables dirty, drinking water warm and later on empty, music blasting from downstairs, closes too early.
Also, we came as a group, having previously agreed on a meeting room for our meetings, and they had us have our meetings in the main coworking area - I felt especially sorry for the people trying to do focused work there.
The space is almost empty even though it’s main season for digital nomads right now, everyone is coming in from Chiang Mai! And competition in Da Nang is not strong, the other coworking spaces are not great either. So it’s 100% the fault of management that this space isn’t full. It could be full if things were just better. They’re clearly not trying hard enough/not asking their customers for feedback enough (or ignoring feedback?).
Very noisy :(
Poor hygiene, frequent repairs make noise throughout the building, despising customers.
